“Request for Withdrawal of Consent”

• Registered Email ID
   
• Loan Application ID (if applicable)
   
• Type of Consent You Wish to Withdraw
   
• Reason for Withdrawal (optional)
   

1. Upon receipt of your request, BookMyLoans will verify your identity to prevent unauthorized access.
    
2. Your request will be processed within 7–10 working days, subject to regulatory and contractual obligations.
    
3. Withdrawal of consent may:
    
   • Result in discontinuation of your loan application process
      
   • Affect ongoing services
      
   • Limit access to certain features on our platform
      

       4.  We may retain certain information where required under applicable laws, RBI   regulations, KYC norms, or agreements with lending partners (Banks/NBFCs).
 

BookMyLoans acts as a digital lending service provider and facilitates loan applications with regulated entities including Banks and NBFCs in compliance with:

• Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Digital Lending Guidelines
   
• Applicable IT Act & Data Protection laws
   
• KYC and AML regulatory requirements
   

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your consent withdrawal request, you may escalate the matter to:
